Founded in 1994, Praxis Partners is an executive search and human resources consulting firm based in Richmond, Virginia. Our name PRAXIS derives from the Greek meaning "to put to practical use," the mindset we bring to each client and consulting engagement. Each of our principals has 20+ years of HR mindset we bring to each client and consulting engagement. Each of our principals has 20+ years of HR and general management experience, and other staff members are also well-seasoned professionals.
    While executive search is at the core of our business, we also provide other services that focus on the people side of business management — adding significant value to our clients. Among these are:

• culture change assessment and intervention;

Accordingly, in 1999 PRAXIS joined Cornerstone International Group as a member firm. Cornerstone is a consortium of boutique executive search firms located in principal cities around the world. Our Cornerstone affiliation offers the best of both worlds: (1) the personal attention of a smaller consulting firm, combined with (2) the network resources of a global organization. Member offices work together as a team to meet our corporate clients' global search requirements. PRAXIS clients have included companies based in the US, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, and Canada.
