Confidentiality

Organizations with an opening in their executive ranks are vulnerable - discretion and confidentiality can prevent competitors from being tipped off to management shake-ups or new initiatives. In many of our search engagements, an incumbent with performance problems remains in place while the search for a replacement is conducted, so strict confidentiality is required without fear of the incumbent acting inappropriately.

PRAXIS does not, during an engagement or afterward, use or disclose to the client's detriment any confidential or proprietary information that is not available to the public. During execution of a project assignment, PRAXIS does not make its services available to any direct competitor of a client.
