Physicians
As a member of the Alliance of Medical Recruiters (AMR), we conduct searches for MDs and Dos in all primary care and specialty areas for hospitals, clinics, single and multi-specialty groups. AMR is a nationwide network of 100 independent healthcare recruiting firms. Member firms share position searches (currently 3000) and candidates (currently 6000) via a secured and searchable Internet database. We are especially interested in Board certified or eligible AMT physicians, and have immediate openings as well as some for those completing residency in 2002.

Plant Managers
Since many of our clients are manufacturing companies, we are often retained to find VPs of Mfg, Engineering, or Materials. We have been particularly successful in finding Plant or Operations Managers, concluding recent searches in CA, MO, OH, NC, TX, VA, KS, GA, and MA. We are especially interested in those experienced with Lean Manufacturing, kaizen, SMED, JIT scheduling, QS9000, or the Toyota Production System.

Human Resources
We have placed a number of HR pros, from corporate VPs to plant level HR directors, and normally have at least one HR search going at any time. Skill sets typically call for full range of generalist capabilities: staffing & retention, OD & training, compensation, and compliance. Corporate execs should have a multi-site background, while plant level managers should possess either strong labor relations or union avoidance. We have recently concluded HR searches in MI, VA, MO, VT, NC, IL, and WA.

Manufacturing Engineer
Tier 1 automotive suppliers seeking experienced mfg engineers for locations in the Midwest and VA. Requires BSME or IE, 5 yrs experience, with emphasis on project management in robotic automation, injection molding, polymers, and cost reduction. Proficiency with AutoCAD, PPAP, APQP, and product launches.

Black Belt/Green Belt
With the emphasis on continuous improvement in manufacturing, we have a standing search order from 2 clients to locate people certified as Green or Black Belts in Six Sigma tools and methodologies. Will identify potential projects, facilitate project teams, and conduct Six Sigma training. Requires degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years experience, and willingness to travel 40-60% to other sites.
