Donald J. Pliszka, a consultant since 1991, specializes in executive compensation, pay system design, market competitiveness studies, and performance management practices. He has over 25 years of experience in human resources and compensation management, starting with General Motors Corporation before moving on to Warner-Lambert Company, SmithKline Beckman, and Trigon Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Don was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award after serving on the Board of Directors for the American Compensation Association, and earned a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is also active in the Society for Human Resource Management and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.
