Executive Searches - For VP of Manufacturing, VP of Sales & Marketing, VP of Human Resources, CEO, Board Members, Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Marketing Manager, Production Control Manager, Engineering Manager, Director of Quality Assurance, Corporate HR Managers (corporate and plant level), Corporate Supply Chain Manager, Chief Information Officer, Corporate Logistics Manager, and Controllers.

Organizational Development/Training/Strategic Planning - For an electrical utility and energy management company, conducted due diligence for their acquisition of a competitor, and implemented the integration of their work cultures, policies, and practices; for a regional supermarket chain, consulted on and facilitated the development of a strategic plan to start up a joint venture of in-store community banking services; conducted training needs analyses, then designed and delivered leadership and supervisory training sessions; for a packaging and logistics company, designed and delivered monthly supervisory skills training for 4 years; designed and facilitated strategic planning and team building retreats for several organizations.

Labor/Employee Relations - For an equipment supplier to the food industry, a public utility, and 6 manufacturing companies fought union organizing drives; for a specialty chemicals manufacturing company, served as chief spokesman in labor contract negotiations with the Teamsters (4-yr contract, under budget, with significantly enhanced operating flexibility); conducted employee attitude and other assessment surveys, employee focus groups, and audits of HR departments; facilitated the design and roll-out of work cultures and systems for 5 manufacturing companies in start-up situations; provided arbitration case preparation and presentation for manufacturing organizations; and, on a retainer basis, provided ongoing HR support to small organizations without a full-time HR department.

Compensation - Designed executive bonus plans for companies in several industries; designed and implemented gainsharing plans for a companies in the insurance, metal fabrication, printing, and engineering services industries; for a manufacturer of concrete products, designed and assisted in implementation of pay-for-performance plan consistent with company's movement toward TQM culture; designed pay-for-skills compensation plan, job rotation system, and training programs for a food industry manufacturer and a not-for-profit financial institution.
