Organizations must create work environments that inspire people to perform at their best. Even if you have the best people in the world, they won't be able to succeed unless they know what to do, and what is expected of them in the context of your culture. We start with helping you conduct an in-depth analysis that benchmarks where your organization is now, where you want it to be, and then move on to identify and design the interventions that will best close any gaps.

Our training and OD work is fun, interactive, and provides the adult learner with real-world content and application. Delivery formats have consisted of leadership retreats, content-specific training sessions, facilitation of long-term culture change projects, executive coaching, and on-going training scheduled at monthly or quarterly intervals with content determined by the client. PRAXIS also offers a variety of diagnostic and assessment services to facilitate organizational planning and change. We often get involved in the strategic planning phase, and have particular expertise in data collection through focus groups, sensing sessions, and employee attitude surveys. Proper diagnosis is critical before we move on to implementation and further project assistance. One diagnostic tool we provide is the Capability Snapshot®.

Designed specifically for HR practitioners, we offer a course or private tutoring in preparing for the SPHR and PHR certification examinations.
