Our Philosophy Because we are a small firm by design, we are able to commit our resources to meet the needs of an individual client. Our philosophy is to serve a limited number of clients in a particular industry, thus ensuring timely and personal attention while limiting the potential conflicts of interest so characteristic of larger firms. We do not employ "bait and switch" techniques. A principal is always personally involved in each stage of the consulting project -- including the pre-engagement meeting, needs analysis, data collection, development of recommendations, implementation, and post-project follow-up.
